Furniture designer Abdolhay Parnian treats his furniture like works of art and it shows in the final product. It’s taken him two years to design this bed and I think you’ll agree that it was well worth the wait. It’s not only visually striking, with the eyelike headboard that will surely dominate any bedroom, but also equipped with features sure to intrigue even the most jaded of millionaires.
Parnian Furniture, an Arizona based furniture company, has unveiled what is says is the World's Most Expensive Bed. The bed was designed and created by the company's president Abdolhay Parnian. It is equipped to handle todays technology and includes iPad holders, charging stations, pop-up and swivel TV's and computer monitors. The bed also contains two LED touch light switches, one for backlight and one to illuminate the two attached floating nightstands with drawers. Other features include hidden compartments, gold and stainless steel detailing and sunburst inlay woodwork.
Parnian says, "I have been working on this design for over 2 years. My craftsmen have spent over 8 months making this intricate piece of fine art by hand. I am pleased with the look and feel of the end result and am now working on a much more elaborate version for a private client."
Pricing for the Parnian bed starts $38,000.00 and can reach prices of over $210,000.00 depending on features and materials selected. The Parnian bed is a very unique bed, but there are more expensive beds, such as the blinged out Golden Bed from Jado Steel, which costs $675,000.
